Since April 22, 1970, Earth Day has been an annual event for people around the world to celebrate the earth and our responsibility toward it. It’s a day that belongs to education, conservation, and a resumed commitment to a healthier and cleaner earth for years to come.
On most Earth Days, there are an abundance of events and opportunities to volunteer your time. This year’s Earth Day is a little more challenging as we all need to abide by social distancing guidelines.
Don’t be discouraged; there are numerous ways to help. Start today and help build a better future for the environment on a year-round basis.
