Cash or check the day of service is preferred, but if you chose to pay with credit card please contact the office to make payment and there is a 3.5% service fee for any credit card payments.
We still clean windows in the rain unless it is a thunderstorm or downpour. Rain typically only hits one side of your home, and if you notice any streaks/spots, call the office and we will send out a crew to touch up. At a minimum we will still get everything completed on the interior.

No, you do not. We will just walk around your property, count the windows and confirm the type of windows.
Anything that is fragile, or breakable should be moved from the windows, and most importantly anything sentimental. Also, any furniture that you can move on your own away from the window. If any help is needed, please let office staff know prior to service.
No, we do not use and soap or chemicals when power washing, unless requested by customer.
Exterior cleaning is done using a Water Fed Pole system, which is an extension pole attached to a filter system. This pole can reach 30 ft so no problem getting 2nd or 3rd level windows. This allows our guys to be safer on the ground while still cleaning upper levels.
The trip charge is on each and every job we do when our trucks leave our shops. It is there to help us cover the cost of insurance on our trucks to be able to service your home, this charge has nothing to do with the cost of gas and changes yearly.
We do work Saturdays but only during our busiest times of year. There is a premium charge for Saturday service, which is an additional 10%. This is to cover the cost of overtime for our crews.
