It is fitting that the month that includes Thanksgiving also pays tribute to our military personnel. Veteran’s Day was first celebrated in 1919, honoring the Armistice agreement signed with Germany to mark the end of WWI. The sentiment of honoring those men and women who have served our country, both in the present or in the past, has not waned. On November 11th at 11:00, take a moment to pay homage for the freedoms afforded to the people of the United States of America. Keep these brave men and women in your thoughts and prayers, today and always.
